Students have been given the Impact Aid survey form for this year, and we need this back as soon as possible, please! You CAN put every child you have enrolled at Forest Grove on ONE form; you don't have to fill it out for every class you may have gotten one from. This is more important than you know. If you can answer YES to any of those questions regarding living on Restricted Land, on Choctaw Nation property or housing, or living in low-rent housing or on housing authority property. ALSO, living on Federal Property, or if either parent/guardian is on ACTIVE military duty in any of the Uniformed Services.
